How coaching works

Coaching is fully online and personal. Your coach writes every plan herself and keeps it on track with regular check-ins as you go.

Free consultation
It starts with a free, relaxed conversation about your goals, your training history, your schedule, and the equipment you have. You decide together whether it's a good fit. No pressure, no obligation.

Your custom plan
From there, your coach writes a training program for your goals, your experience, and your equipment. Want nutrition help too? It comes built in. Every plan is made for one person, and that's you.

Train through your portal
You train from your own portal, with form notes and a demo video for every movement. Log your sets, reps, and weight as you go, and your history is right there the next time around.

Regular check-ins
At each check-in your coach looks at how it's going, answers your questions, and adjusts the plan as you progress. You're never training on your own.
